"It was the perfect balance of volunteering at the project site, and still getting to be a tourist in the wonderful city of Lisbon. Getting to work with the other volunteers, meet with locals, and immerse in Portuguese culture was truly invaluable."

"My volunteer experience in Portugal, delivered and facilitated by local social startup ImpacTrip, was incredibly positive - and indeed left a real impact on me too. The projects were meaningful and real, meaning they were truly geared towards addressing social problems present in the areas, and thus made us feel we were making a real contribution towards something."

"I would definitely recommend it, the impact you can create in someone's life by rebuilding a house is unbelievable. You will also have time to enjoy the experience with the other volunteers, that become such good friends at the end"
